In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
| "Account" | The registered user account created by a Player on the Vidobet Platform, through which the Player accesses all products and services. |
| "Balance" | The total monetary funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. |
| "Bet" / "Wager" | Any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, slot, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform. |
| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by Vidobet to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Vidobet before processing withdrawals or when required by our compliance obligations. |
| "Platform" | The Vidobet website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated digital products and services operated under the Vidobet brand. |
| "Real Money" | Funds deposited by a Player using real monetary value, as distinguished from bonus credits or promotional funds. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "We" / "Us" / "Vidobet" | Vidobet, the operator of the Platform and provider of the sports betting and online casino services described herein. |
To be eligible to open and maintain a Vidobet Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Vidobet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Account access may be suspended until satisfactory age verification is completed. Vidobet reports attempts to circumvent the age requirement to the relevant authorities.
All Players must register a Vidobet Account prior to placing any bets or making any deposits. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Vidobet is entitled to close any Account where false, inaccurate, or incomplete information has been provided. Any winnings accrued through an Account found to contain fraudulent registration details may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Vidobet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Vidobet will require completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and, where required, documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited. Vidobet reserves the right to request additional documents at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
Each Player is strictly limited to one Account. If Vidobet determines that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same identity, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any winnings held in those Accounts may be forfeited. The first registered Account may be subject to review at Vidobet's discretion.
Vidobet supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as convenient as possible for our players. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Current supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency transactions including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT TRC20, and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during operational hours (09:00–23:00 MYT) following approval. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing the following morning. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions. Vidobet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider or bank may impose its own charges.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Player has specifically opted for a cryptocurrency-denominated transaction. Vidobet is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or banking fees applied by third-party financial institutions.
Vidobet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all casino bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Sports betting bonuses carry a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only on their first qualifying deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Vidobet reserves the right to decline, modify, or revoke any bonus at its discretion if it suspects abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across platforms to ensure a risk-free outcome, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value — will have their Account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and may have balances withheld pending investigation.
Birthday bonuses are credited annually to verified players who have completed KYC and meet the minimum activity threshold. The bonus tier (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP MYR 2,688) is determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time the bonus is triggered. Referral bonuses are subject to the referred player successfully registering, completing KYC, and making a qualifying first deposit.
All bets placed on Vidobet are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by Vidobet's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed on events where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction may be voided at Vidobet's discretion. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or game system at the conclusion of the event. Vidobet reserves the right to delay settlement where the result is subject to protest, review, or official investigation. For live in-play bets, the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed is taken as the basis for settlement where applicable.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case Vidobet may elect to settle based on the rescheduled result.
Vidobet applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day at its discretion. These limits are communicated to Players where applicable. Where a Player attempts to place a bet that would yield a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, the bet will either be declined or the stake reduced to bring the potential payout within the permitted limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Vidobet Platform. Vidobet reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any Account that engages in any of the following activities, with immediate effect and without prior notice:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where prohibited conduct is identified, Vidobet will close the Account, forfeit all balances and pending winnings, and may report the conduct to the relevant financial or law enforcement authorities. Legal action may be pursued where losses have been sustained by Vidobet as a result of the prohibited conduct.
All intellectual property rights in the Vidobet Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other materials — are owned by or licensed to Vidobet. Nothing in these Terms confers on you any right to use the Vidobet name, logo, or any other intellectual property without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from Vidobet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidobet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Vidobet's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our fraud or wilful misconduct.
Vidobet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or event data. Vidobet is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider outages that affect your ability to use the Platform.
You may close your Vidobet Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any Real Money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
Vidobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you have violated these Terms or any other Platform policy; (b) Vidobet is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) Vidobet reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any Real Money balance will be returned to you net of any amounts owed to Vidobet, provided no investigation is pending. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Vidobet's complaints handling process does not prejudice your right to seek remedies through any applicable legal process.
Vidobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Vidobet will provide notice to registered Players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. In cases of significant changes, Vidobet may also notify Players via email or an in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.1.
